*Swedish Massage: Basic massage for relaxation, stress reduction, muscle pain relief, quicker recovery from, and prevention of injury, increased flexibility and mobility, overall improved health and well-being, and removal of toxins. Includes a series of soothing, rhythmic, long strokes, and kneading of tissue. May also include some light stretching and the use of hot stones.

*Neuromuscular Massage: Basic Swedish Massage used with deeper work, meant to address specific problems areas and injury. May include more intense stretching (upon request) and the use of hot stones.

*Prenatal Massage: Helps the mom-to-be reduce stress, decrease swelling, relieve aches and pains, and reduce anxiety and depression. Evidence suggests that in-utero babies are also calmed and soothed when mom get a massage! One hour only is recommended for this type of massag. which may be administered after the first trimester.

*Fertility Massage: To boost fertility safely and naturally without needles or medications. Also highly beneficial for general female health.
Basic Swedish Massage along with special techniques to address accupressure and reflex points. Helps to reduce stress and stress hormones, promotes overall healthy menstrual cycle, increases circulation to the uterus, ovaries, and fallopian tubes, promotes hormonal balance, increases endorphins which help reduce pain, decreases menstrual cramping, reduces inflammation. Includes hot stones.

*Each massage is tailored to the needs of the individual. All massages are available as packages and may be mixed and matched. For instance: If you've purchased a package for five one-hour massages, you may use three massages for prenatal massage and the remaining two for Swedish or Neuromuscular.
